Our Prep Level 1 cheer team in Ferndown, Dorset is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheerleading for children aged 6–12. Designed to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork, this fun and supportive program teaches the fundamentals of cheer, including basic stunts, jumps, tumbling, and dance. Athletes will develop strength and flexibility while making new friends and being part of a positive, encouraging environment. Whether your child is brand new to cheer or looking to grow their skills, our Prep Level 1 team provides a fantastic foundation and a place to shine. We currently train on a Monday from 5-6.30.
